Our Return Policy

At Mmatamed Pharmacy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Eligibility for Return:
    • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • For prescription medications, returns can only be accepted if they were dispensed in error or if they were defective.
  2. Return Process:

    • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty Policy

At Mmatamed Pharmacy we stand behind the quality of our products. Most items sold at our store are covered by manufacturer warranties. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Warranty Coverage:
    • Our warranty applies to defects in material or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
  2. Claiming a Warranty:
    • To claim a warranty, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and details about the defect.
    • Depending on the manufacturer’s policy, we will either issue a replacement or facilitate a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.
  3. Exclusions:
    • The warranty does not cover products that have been altered or modified in any way. It is also limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
